This event is made possible by the consent of Forestry Corporation to use their land in compliance with strict rules. To ensure future events are possible any mapping, recording or distribution of event and course details is strictly prohibited and fines may apply. Electronic scanning equipment may be used to enforce this policy .

About This Event    THIS IS NOT A RACE

   This is fully arrowed, sweep and medical supported state forest ride, will cover up to 6 hours of riding, with long sections and up to 130 klm of individual trails available. Best suited to the single cylinder enduro type bikes, easy to medium trails, no extreme enduro stuff. There will be Easy/hard diversions for difficult sections  Prime single line manicured trails, fire trails and distant mountain views will make for a ride to remember.

 Riding gear
– Correct riding gear is essential (helmet, goggles/visor, gloves,boots,  jersey and pants . Body armour is recommended,.
– Helmets must be in good condition with no damage compromising the safety protection of the helmet, and be of an approved type.

We Strongly recomend that all riders wear protective body armour, as per Motorcycling Australia Guidelines 

 

    Accommodation Options,                    INFO HERE VISIT OBERON

    You may Start off by Staying in Oberon , camping  at the Reef Reserve, Lake Oberon, only minutes from town with facilities and peacefull water views ,

            or a Pub/Hotel or Motel stay. Its about a 20 minute drive to the forest from Oberon 

 

   Saturday 5th December

Saturdays riding will commence at 1.00pm, with sign on from 11.30am ,

Riding will be part of the course, looping back to the start for multi lap and last bike out will be at approximately 4 pm, so over 4 hours riding available on the day

  Sunday  6th December

The course will open at 9.00 AM, Sections will close at times during the afternoon, up to 130 klm of trails available. First loop is 75 klm ,without repeating the same trail before returning back to start / finish area,  with parts of the course remaining open until 3 pm for those that want to do a bit more.
